The failure to follow my terms of service may result in a potential loss of ownership and blacklisting on all platforms.
Art T.O.S
Do:
- use on personal profiles if the art was made for you
- print, create stickers, etc. for personal use
- share with credit if the art was made for you
- use as inspiration if enough separation is made
- use for commercial purposes if given permission
- use fanart with creditDon't:
- repost without explicit permission
- trace or claim as your own
- edit without permission
- use my personal art or commission pieces not made for you
- use my art to train ai
Design T.O.S
Do:
- edit the design to fit your vision
- create stories, digital or traditional art, figurines, plushies, etc.
- get inspired
- use for commercial purposes if given permissionDon't:
- create NSFW unless given permission
- resell for more than purchased unless the design holds additional value (extra art, etc.)
- create merchandise focused specifically on the design
- copy to the point where it's obvious
- steal or use if you do not own them
Base T.O.S
Do:
- edit the lineart
- use for personal use, adoptables, and custom designs
- give creditDon't:
- resell, redistribute or claim as your own
- use for any other type of commission
- remove credit or watermark
